If the Moku:Go fails to boot, such as after an unsuccessful firmware update, a hard reset is recommended. One sign of this issue is if the status LED remains solid orange for several minutes after powering on.
Steps for a hard reset:
(1) Disconnect the power from the Moku:Go.
(2) Depress and hold the Factory Reset button with a paperclip. The reset button is on the bottom side of the device.
(3) Connect power while holding the Factory Reset button.
(4) Keep holding the Reset button until the orange light turns off. (The LED will be orange once power is plugged in. It could be over 1 min before the orange light turns off.)
(5) After the light is off, disconnect and reconnect power to reboot Moku.
(6) This process might need to be performed more than once to see LED off finally.
