How can I configure my Moku to use a fixed (static) IP address?
Each Moku device can be configured the use a fixed, or static, IP address. This is useful if your network does not have a DHCP server, or if you need to set custom firewall rules to allow the Moku to work properly. It can also make manual connection easier if your network settings do not allow for automatic discovery.
iPad
At the "Select your Device" screen, tap the Moku and then tap the cogwheel item. On the Device Settings, under the WiFi or Ethernet tabs, select "manual" and enter the required IP address.
Desktop App (Windows/macOS)
At the "Select your Device" screen, click the gear icon on the Moku device card. Click the Ethernet tab and change from DHCP to manual and enter the IP address of the Moku.
