With iPad OS 14 or later you will need to grant permission to Moku app to access the iPad's local network, in order to discover Moku devices connected to your network.
In case the Moku app does not have network access access, you can change this in Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Local Network -> Toggle On for Moku:
