Yes! When two or more input channels are enabled, a Math channel with the difference between two channels is available. You can also plot the Math channel alongside Channels 1 and 2 in the Timeseries and Spectral Analysis plots.
To enable the Math channel in the iPad app, scroll down on the Channels tab and turn the orange Math channel on. Tap the input channel selection to select the desired settings.
