The Raman effect was first discovered in the 1920s by C.V. Raman. It is a widely used spectroscopic method to determine the vibrational modes of molecules.
In this application note, we describe how Moku:Lab’s Lock-in Amplifier is implemented in a state-of-art stimulated Raman imaging setup at Boston University.
